LEGO Japan Painting Kakemono - NIHON (掛畫 - 日本) (掛け物 - にほん)

About the creation :

I have the idea to draw the painting of kakemono in LEGO form, the creation is inspired by my travel experience in Japan. "Kakemono", is one kind of Japanese art, more commonly referred to as a kakejiku, scroll painting intended to be hung on a wall. The painting is designed according to scenic spot "Chureito Pagoda" (Arakurayama Sengen Park), is a pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Mount Fuji off in the distance. Based on kakemono, the cylindrical rod (jikugi) and long scroll are created. Also, I designed several parts (kanji, cloud, half of pagoda, Mount Fuji, cherry blossom) and the fantastic idea - Golden Phoneix, combined all to form the wonderful painting. It is rebrickable concept for my kakemono, in the middle painting area, all parts can be removed separately or stick MOC or LEGO sets on this LEGO kakemono!

The painting offers spectacular views of Mount Fuji in combination with the pagoda and the cherry blossom. I named this creation as "Kakemono - Nihon" (kanji 日本)
